PREPARATION (INCLUDED AT THE BACK OF PACKAGING)

Deep Fry:

– Preheat oil to 180°C
– Deep fry frozen fish for 4 – 6 minutes or until golden brown

Conventional Oven:

– Preheat oven to 220°C Place
– frozen fish on a baking rack and bake for 16 – 18 minutes, turning over halfway through cooking

Air Fryer:

– Preheat air fryer to 200°C
– Fill up the basket and cook for 12 – 13 minutes or until golden brown

Storage:
Keep frozen at -18 degree
